Senior housing building Olmsted Manor to receive major upgrades
Seattle Housing Authority announced yesterday (Monday, Dec. 27, 2010) that they will be soon be making repairs at Olmsted Manor, a 35-unit senior housing building located at 501 NE Ravenna Blvd. The agency is receiving $3 million from the City of Seattle’s Office of Housing to update and repair four senior housing buildings, including Olmsted Manor. New types of townhouses coming to Seattle’s low-rise multifamily zones
Earlier today (Monday, Dec. 13, 2010), the Seattle City Council unanimously adopted a comprehensive update to how townhomes, apartments, row houses, and cottages are developed in Seattle’s low-rise multifamily zones. 4-story retirement facility coming soon to Woodlawn and Latona
Updated Thursday, May 5 with corrected information about the height of The Hearthstone. Construction will soon begin at Woodlawn Ave NE and Latona Ave NE, the site of an empty lot for nearly two years. The property is owned by The Hearthstone, a continuing care retirement community which has occupied the 10-story concrete building at 6720 E Green Lake Way N since 1966. Green Lake’s Petdaddy will not reopen following July’s car crash
In the early morning hours of July 7, 2010, a drunk driver crashed into Petdaddy, a self-serve dog wash and dog boutique located at 301 NE 65th St, across the street from Latona Pub.
