Businesses and residents along 85th Street from Green Lake to Greenwood and Ballard will have some major disruptions to deal with beginning this fall, when the Seattle Department of Transportation begins a yearlong project to repave 85th Street all the way from Interstate 5 to 15th Avenue NW. Registration for Woodland Soccer Club to open May 1
The Woodland Soccer Club (WSC) will open registration for 2011 Fall Recreational Soccer on Sunday, May 1, 2011. 1,100 kids and teens participate every year on WSC’s recreation soccer teams. The organization serves families in Green Lake, Wallingford, Fremont, and Phinney Ridge. The boundaries are N and NW 85th St to the north, the Lake Washington Ship Canal to the south, I-5 to the east, and 8th Ave NW to the west. Games take place at Green Lake Park and Wallingford Park.

She was last known to be at NW 70th st and 7th ave NW, leaving a friend’s house around 8pm last night (March 8th) to go home to her father in Lake City. However, she hasn’t shown up and there have bee no phone calls from her. Her father has notified the police. Korray is 14 years old, 5’4″, average build, with dark brown and dyed-blue hair. Registration is now open for Katy’s Musikal Magik. The early childhood music classes are the most popular offering at the Green Lake Community Center (7201 E Green Lake Dr N), according to Jeff Skinner, the facility’s former Coordinator.
