Free community art party at Green Lake’s Eben Design

Eben Design is hosting a free community art party on Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, 3-6 p.m. The party will be outside of Eben Design’s office at 7221 5th Ave NE. “At the event we’ll have stations for water coloring, face painting, collages, music and more,” a blog post about the art party reads. “Our team will be there to talk and create with everyone; come by and see us! The Seattle Public Theater (SPT) at the Green Lake Bathhouse (7312 West Green Lake Dr N) is unveiling new seats at an open house on Sunday, October 9, 2011, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Open house visitors are invited to “party like it’s 1927,” the year the Green Lake Bathhouse was built: In 1927 the world was hopping! Labor Day Celebration at Lower Woodland Park

The M.L. King, Jr. County Labor Council, AFL-CIO will host its annual Labor Day Celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Labor Day (Monday, September 5, 2011) at at Shelters #1, #2 and #3 at Lower Woodland Park.
