The 2011 Seattle Naked Pumpkin Run
The annual Naked Pumpkin Run is returning to the Fremont and Green Lake neighborhoods of Seattle this Halloween. The event, which is in its sixth year, begins with a daytime run in Fremont at 11:11 a.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2011. The Green Lake run is on Halloween night (Monday, October 31), beginning at 9:21 p.m. (21:21 on the 24-hour clock). The Green Lake Tacos Guaymas (6808 E Green Lake Way N) is hosting their annual Halloween Costume Party on Friday, October 28, 2011. The 21-and-over event will feature DJ Carlos, Dos Equis Girls, and cash prizes for the best costumes: $150 for first prize, $50 for second prize and $25 for third prize. Green Lake Community Center Family Fun Nights planned for Oct. 21 and Dec. 16
Seattle Parks and Recreation and the Green Lake Advisory Council are presenting Family Fun Nights on Friday, October 21 and Friday, December 16, 2011, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., at the Green Lake Community Center (7201 E Green Lake Dr N).
