Irwin’s Neighborhood Bakery and Cafe is coming to Green Lake. Irwin’s office manager Cara tells us that the projected opening date is mid-April. Demo has already started, she says, “and we are psyched!” The bakery and cafe will be located at 301 NE 65th St, across the street from Latona Pub, Mona’s Bistro and Lounge, Cafe Lulu, and Krittika Noodles & Thai Cuisine. The location previously held PetDaddy, a self-serve dog wash and dog boutique. PetDaddy closed after a drunk driver crashed into its storefront.
