Daniel Bagley Elementary (7821 Stone Ave N) Physical Education Specialist Mr. Chuck Millsap has been selected by the Washington Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance (WAHPERD) as the 2011 Washington State Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year.
