Spotted the other day in the playground: market researchers questioning area parents about their thoughts on a possible tot play space/cafe in Circa. They weren’t very forthcoming with information, but we did discover the prospective proprietors already own a bakery. They better make up their mind soon because Circa is filling up quickly.
