Green Lake resident in cast of ‘Annie’

Green Lake resident Katie Scully is a member of the cast of Broadway Bound‘s productions of Annie and Annie, Jr. Performances of Annie will run Friday, Jan. 13 through Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012 at the Broadway Performance Hall (1625 Broadway). A slightly shortened version, Annie, Jr., will follow in February. A press release from Broadway Bound reads: Themes present in Annie are especially poignant in the current social and political climate. Much like today, people in the 1930’s were struggling with unemployment, poverty, and homelessness.
