The Green Lake Community Center (7201 E Green Lake Dr N) is hosting a Family Fun Night tonight (Friday, Sept. 16, 2011), 5-8 p.m. The event will feature fall-themed activities for children aged 10 and under and their parents or caregivers. The cost is $3 per child. Activities include leaf impressions, apple printing, crayon melting, caramel apple making, bouncy houses, a fall kids’ movie and basketball. Scooter pulled from Green Lake
A red scooter was pulled from the water at Green Lake Park earlier today (Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011). Dan Tanner sent us the above photo just before 9:30 this morning. “[The scooter] may been abandoned,” he reported. “No sign of a driver.” 9-1-1 dispatch records do not indicate that any dispatches to Green Lake Park yesterday or today. Skinlogic celebrates ten years in Green Lake

Earlier this week, we received a note from a reader who asked that we keep her identity anonymous. “Have a problem here,” she said at the beginning of her email. The problem?
