Family Fun Night tonight (Friday) at the Green Lake Community Center

The Green Lake Community Center (7201 E Green Lake Dr N) is hosting a Family Fun Night tonight (Friday, Sept. 16, 2011), 5-8 p.m.

The event will feature fall-themed activities for children aged 10 and under and their parents or caregivers. The cost is $3 per child.

Activities include leaf impressions, apple printing, crayon melting, caramel apple making, bouncy houses, a fall kids’ movie and basketball.

The toddler play room will be open until 8 p.m. and SKWIM will be available in the pool 7-8 p.m. There will be an additional fee for SKWIM play.

Two more Family Fun Nights are scheduled at the Green Lake Community Center. There will be a Halloween-themed event on Friday, Oct. 21, 2011 and a holiday-themed event on Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, 5-8 p.m.

    Thank YOu to all that came out to the family fun night and we hope you had a good time, even if the crayon melt was a little untraditional. Hopefully everyone enjoyed the other activities.
