American Athlete at Greenlake (7203 Woodlawn Ave NE) is hosting a fitness block party on Saturday, July 2, 2011, 9:45 a.m. – 6 p.m.
All are invited to the free event, which will be held in the 300 block of NE 72nd St, in the east Green Lake business district.
Several free fitness classes will be offered to the public:
10 a.m. – Zumba
11 a.m. – BODYCOMBAT
Noon – BODYPUMP
2:30 p.m. - Zumba
3:30 p.m. - BODYCOMBAT
4:30 p.m. - BODYPUMP
The event will also feature live music. Local businesses will staff booths at a street fair 12 – 4 p.m. and swag bags will be available.
The entire block including the street and most of the sidewalk will be closed off for the event.
