The Green Lake Community Center‘s “Preschool Frogs” program (7201 E Green Lake Dr N) is expanding this fall.
The morning class is shifting from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m to a new time: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m, Monday through Friday. The cost is $325 per month.
In addition to the morning class, a new afternoon class will be offered. The afternoon class will meet 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The cost is $275 per month.
The preschool program is offered to children aged 3-5 throughout the school year on a monthly basis. The first session this fall will be September 7 – 30, 2011.
A flier for the program includes the following information:
Learn social skills in small group activities: group games, dramatic play, story time, structured projects, music, songs, and lots of art projects. We learn ABC’s, numbers, colors, and how to write our names. We have gym, calendar, circle time, a small snack, a quiet/book and puzzle time each day. These are just a few of the things that will keep your child active and learning at the same time.
An orientation is available for parents who want to learn more about the program. Registration must be done in person, and admissions preference is given to those who attended the program during the previous session and to siblings of current students.
