SeattleCrime.com is reporting that police seized a stash of stolen bicycles and bike parts from a room at a motel at N 82nd St and Aurora Ave N. The incident took place on April 6, 2011. A police report indicates that police believe the tenants staying in the room “were in the illegal business of stealing bicycles, parting them out, and selling stolen parts and bicycles on Craigslist.” You can read the whole story here.

Parent asks for feedback about safety of Lower Woodland Park BMX bike course
A local man who asked to remain anonymous wrote to us earlier today (Monday, April 18, 2011) about the Lower Woodland Park BMX bike course. Cafe Bonjour to open at 6 a.m.
Cafe Bonjour (7119 Woodlawn Ave NE) is expanding its hours. Starting Tuesday (April 19, 2011), the east Green Lake cafe will open every day at 6:00 a.m., two-and-a-half hours earlier than its current opening time.
