Green Lake Park was recently featured in Breaking Down, a new show by Jordan O’Leary.

In part 2 of an episode titled Friendly Factor: Seattle vs Los Angeles, Jordan visited Green Lake to measure the helpfulness of Seattle in relation to Los Angeles.

Jordan, posing as a clueless cyclist weaving in and out of foot traffic on the Green Lake path, is met by several helpful Green Lake walkers.  Take a look for yourself, beginning at minute 4:00:

Academy Award! But I honestly think that Seattle folks are lot more friendly and helpful than that LA bunch. Bill Herrick

Hahaha! Jordan here, just wanted to say that I probably took some liberties whilst scoring the two different cities. All scientific integrity flew out the window just minutes into Part 1 of this episode. I love Seattle!
