A new group, the “Green Lake Gardening Guild,” is forming.
Founder Susan Helf hopes that group members will share information with each other on topics such as crop rotation, pruning fruit trees, saving seeds, and building compost bins out of wooden pallets. She also envisions that members will update each other on the progress of their gardens, and that some members will trade garden work with each other.
The group will meet once a month in west Green Lake and is open to all.
