A recent construction permit caught my eye. Issued on Nov. 2, 2010, it permits tenant improvements to a storefront in the Circa Greenlake building (6900 E Green Lake Way N).
The tenant is listed as “Zoe Yogurt.”
We checked in with Ric Monteiro of Turnpike Pizza, also located at Circa. He confirmed that Zoe Yogurt will be occupying the space across the gated Circa entrance from Turnpike. As well, a Robeks Smoothies is scheduled to open in February or March on the other side of Turnpike.
