Green Lake’s Lifetime Learning Center, which offers continuing education for older adults, will be holding a Holiday Faire this Saturday (Dec. 4, 2010), 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The Center’s annual winter event includes a big book sale; Granny’s Attic, a rummage (or as the Brits say, a jumble) sale; poinsettias; evergreen swags; bake sale; and the popular silent auction.
We are also lining up entertainment, currently including Barb Miller and company doing Christmas lieder, and Michael Shurgot reading a holiday classic.
The Lifetime Learning Center is located in the John Marshall High School building (520 NE Ravenna Blvd).
