The Green Lake Tacos Guaymas (6808 E Green Lake Way N), home of the annual Cinco de Mayo block party, is hosting a Halloween and Dia de Muertos party. The party will be on Friday, October 29, 2010, beginning at 10 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes ($150 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd place, and $25 for 3rd place).
