Pacific Color building to lose its signature tower
The Pacific Color building, located at 7107 Woodlawn Ave NE (between Starbucks and The Big Hole), is undergoing a major renovation. RGN Construction is heading up the project and roofing is being done by KSR Commercial and Industrial Roofing. According to a sign on the door of the building, work began on August 23, 2010. Kelly Stergo of KSR Roofing told me that the project will “beautify the building inside and out.” In addition to the roofing work, the interior and exterior will be painted. Bagley Elementary garden work party tomorrow (Saturday)
The new Outdoor Classroom and Learning Garden at Daniel Bagley Elementary (7821 Stone Ave N) is gearing up for planting. Able hands are asked to help clear the garden tomorrow (Saturday, September 11, 2010), 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. No heavy lifting is required, just cleaning up. Come for the day or for an hour.
