A My Green Lake tipster reports that at around 3 p.m. this afternoon (Sunday, Sept 19, 2010), a man knocked on her door in east Green Lake. He introduced himself as a new neighbor and said that he had locked himself out of his house. “He said he needed $75 to pay the locksmith,” says the tipster, “but only had $71.
