A visit to Aurora Ave's new Mexican grocery shop

Many thanks to Ben K. over at Aurora|Seattle for giving us permission to share this clip with you, in which he visits new Mexican grocery shop Mendoza’s Mexican Mercado.  The shop is located at 7811 Aurora Ave, in a spot previously occupied by the Sweet Spot Café.

    I love me some local grocery, and I hope this little local can do what so many have not been able to do: sustain a loyal customer base for permanent viability (c.f., MyGreenLake’s posts about Meridian Market). I’ll do my part, especially with a produce spread like that.

    Now, can we please talk about Ben K.? Serious eye candy. I’m just sayin’.

    Do not judge. I know of some people around this blog who are suckers for red-headed journalist-types.
