Cinco de Mayo in Green Lake is underway!

The music can already by heard a block away from the Tacos Guaymas Cinco de Mayo party, and we’ve also gotten word of another local promotion:

My Green Lake advertiser Turnpike Pizza (6900 E Green Lake Way N) has a ‘cinco dólares for cinco de mayo’ promotion.  Get any beer (draught or bottle) and a slice of pizza for only $5, all day today (Wednesday, May 5, 2010) until closing at 9 p.m.

    What? Oh [expletive deleted]! And here I sit with a frozen burrito (reheated, naturally) and a huge shot of tequila in front of a pile of papers that I must push around for work. Cinco de crap-o.
