Green Lake’s Spud Fish and Chips

Jeff Blucher, our favorite Green Lake photographer, headed out this morning and got a couple of great shots of a Green Lake institution: Spud Fish and Chips (6860 E Green Lake Way N).

Spud has been a Green Lake fixture since 1940.  The current building dates back to 1959 and has been designated a Historical Site by the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, which describes it as “one of Seattle’s best examples of roadside architecture.”
