Police patrolling Green Lake Park

Police cars have been patrolling Green Lake Park — actually driving down the walking path — for the last two nights. Earlier today (April 28, 2010), we received the following email from tipster Dave: I was suprised to see an SPD patrol car driving on the path around the lake close to 99, around 7:30 last night. Any idea what was up? Fire trucks at the Pacific Color Building

Tipster Julie sent us the following photo, which she took this evening (Tuesday, April 27, 2010) at 8:35 p.m.: SeattleCrime.com’s 911 map shows that two units were called to 7107 Woodlawn Ave NE at 8:16 p.m. Julie writes: No smoke was apparent, but there was a ladder truck and a medic one response, and firefighters had just gained access through a door….. The building, which once was home to the historic Green Lake Theater, currently houses Pacific Color Lab and Oiselle Running, a women’s running apparel company.  A daycare center may also soon be coming to the building. 2010 Cinco de Mayo block party at Green Lake Tacos Guaymas
