Missed Wednesday’s Green Lake Community Council meeting? Here’s a tidbit which may be on interest: 2500-3000 people will be heading our way on February 13th.
Meeting attendees heard from Brian Oster of Pro-Motion Events, who shared information about the upcoming Love ‘em or Leave ‘em Valentine’s Day Dash, now in it’s 5th year at Green Lake.
The race will utilize both the track around Green Lake as well as some streets, meaning that these streets will be cut off to traffic. Check this map to see which streets will be impacted. Note that Aurora will not be affected, and that only traffic heading clockwise around the lake will be diverted.
The streets should only be affected between 9:30 and 10:00 on February 13th, although there could be an impact until 10:30.
