If you’ve never been to the off-leash area (OLA) in Woodland Park and prefer the company of small dogs, tomorrow is a great day to go. The park will be teeming with puggles (part pug, part beagle, part sunshine in a dog-sized package) thanks to the Puget Sound Puggle Meetup Group. Show time is 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 27th and 25 puggles have RSVPed to attend as of this writing.
The OLA is east of the soccer fields and track, behind the tennis courts. Take the unnamed road that winds up the hill from W Green Lake Way N, running to the north of the tennis courts. There’s a helpful map at 5 Washington Dog Parks.
