Whoooohooo!  Tangletown’s own Kisaku Sushi has been decreed Seattle’s best sushi restaurant in Zagat’s 2010 America’s Top Restaurants survey.

Alas, the survey also shows Seattlites to be the worst tippers in the nation.  Aw, come on Seattle, step it up, will ya?
