  • Hello neighbors and friends:

I run the childcare center at the Green Lake Church of 7th day Adventists,(6350 East Green Lake Way North) and we have been the victim (s) of car prowls again. We were hit a few weeks ago and several cars were broken into and things like book bags were stolen. When a police report was made they stated that "very little could be done, and that GL had the highest incident of these types of crimes." Glad to hear that they responded to someone with a gun. The perps that broke into a car at our place were in their early 20's and were driving a black Pontiac, we think these may be the same individuals that hit us a a few weeks ago.

Moral of the story: take all of your valuables out of your car, and do not lock anything in your trunk as you leave your vehicles.
