Sustainable Green Lake is hosting a 350 Event on October 24th!  We’ll meet at the Green Lake Stadium to rally and march around the Lake before joining the city-wide 350 event at the Space Needle.  350 parts per million is the absolute highest concentration of CO2 our atmosphere can handle. Currently, we are over 385 parts per million and climbing–we have little time to stabilize our climate. Headed by world-renowned climate activist Bill McKibben and on target to be the largest global climate action in history, 350 will demand strong legislation when our leaders discuss climate change in Copenhagen this December.  Email Daron at darongw@gmail.com for more information, and check out www.350.org to see what people from Argentina to the Maldives are doing to support strong climate legislation!

Event Details: Saturday, October 24, 12:00 p.m., Green Lake Stadium on the South end of the lake.
