1. Crime has been on the increase in Green Lake for years, particularly property crimes. Obviously bad–just ask our auto insurance carrier, who had to replace our stolen car and then replace all of the wheels and fix damage to the REPLACEMENT car less than 6 months later. But the recent criminal behavior is of a different and much scarier variety.

2. My desperate attempts at comedy notwithstanding (e.g., tasers and nunchuks), I do not advocate a shoot out at the Green Lake Corral. We live in a nation and a Green Lake of laws, in which there is no room or need for vigilante-ism.

3. People who post comments on blogs are CRAZY LOONEY-TUNES! Err . . . ummmm . . . wait . . . . I mean some people.
