More proof that green is the new black: the 5-Star green home we told you about in June is off the market. The lucky new owner scored this green dream for $800,000, quite a markdown from the original $950,000. But what to spend the savings on when one’s house is already 30% more efficient than international energy code and has a vegetated roof?

    Actually, the original list price was $1,150,000.
