Green Lake Library Closing on Monday
In case the library didn’t email you, too, this afternoon, it’s time to stock up on books! The Seattle Public Library’s budget closure is Aug. 31- Sept. 7. I recognize that closing the Library for a week to reduce our budget is painful for our customers and our staff. The Colors of Green Lake
Check out this beautiful yarn that we stumbled across on Etsy: The yarn is described as “a beautiful blue with hints of algae and lily pad caressing its edges.” Wendee, creator of the yarn, writes: While I don’t live in Greenlake, many of my friends do and I’ve spent countless hours there over the last 15 years running around the lake, picnicing, playing frisbee, you name it.
