Bow Hunting at Green Lake
This has got to be the most interesting discussion ever on the Washington Fly Fishing message boards. just wondering if bow hunting or spear fishing for carp is legal at green lake. i cant seem to find anything that says it isnt. In addition to the discussion as to whether or not it’s OK to shoot at things within the city limits (sounds like it’s not), the legality of fishing for carp was also questioned. Green Lake Open Water Swim Results
The results are in! The results are in! We’re still not fans of the PDF results provided by Parks and Rec so here are Excel files for both races: Half mile Mile It looks like a few popsicle sticks (each swimmer was handed a numbered popsicle stick indicating place of finish) didn’t make it from the edge of the lake to the recording table, but what can you expect with a popsicle stick-based scoring system.

Night Out Against Crime is Tuesday, August 4th and registration closes next Friday, July 31st.
