Bathhouse TheaterIt’s not too late to hop on the teen vampire bandwagon. A Vampire Story is showing for FREE at the Bathhouse Theater (7312 W Greenlake Dr N) the next two weekends:

Saturday, July 25, 7pm
Sunday, July 26, 2pm
Friday, July 31, 7pm

Like last weekend’s The Jungle Book, this free show is part of the Summer Youth Program and the players range from ages 14 to 18.

Two young women arrive in a nameless small town. Their names are not their own. In drama class, Eleanor says she’s survived for more than 200 years drinking human blood. Her classmates think she’s insane, the teacher tries to get her to write a play of her imaginings, and an outsider friend falls in love with her. Things start falling apart. People disappear. Are these troubled young women on the run–or are they really vampires? A darkly comic look at identity, acceptance, and survival.
