Maybe you’re already planning a visit to Revolutions (7012 Woodlawn Ave NE) tomorrow morning to avoid the extra crowd at Starbucks, but go back in the evening to make some new friends and have some coffee. If you’ve got your heart set on learning about biochar at the Sustainable Green Lake meeting (as you should!), don’t worry, because your new friends-to-be will be at Revolutions next week (and the next week and so on and so on) as well. Here are the details from Craigslist:
We’ve been meeting now for FIVE years, once a week at REVOLUTIONS coffee (7012 Woodlawn Ave NE, Seattle, WA, 98115) by Greenlake. We talk about whatever comes up. We sip coffee. If you’ve got nothing better to do, or want to meet some new people, come on over at 6 o’clock or later on any given Tuesday. Sometimes there’s 4 of us, sometimes there’s 30. It’s low key, relaxing, and a good way to make friends. New to the area, or been here a while, bring your personality.
I receive many replies asking what the average age-range is of our group. People from their early 20s to mid 40s show up, with the majority being late 20s to mid 30s. ALL ARE WELCOME! We don’t discriminate; if you like to chat and sip coffee, come on by.
Also note–we are not a “singles” group. When I say all are welcome, I mean it. We get together just to get together. No agendas.
