Aw, Wallingford, we love you guys.  I mean, we knew you were nice and all, but now that you’ve confirmed that we’re not the only garage sale geeks this side of Capitol Hill….well, we’re glad to be sharing this corner of Seattle with you.

Here is today’s recommended route:

After caffeinating up at Peet’s Coffee, head up 2nd Ave NE, which veers off into Latona after crossing Woodlawn.  Before hitting 65th, you’ll  come across a two-family sale which starts at 9 a.m.

Turn right on 65th and head in the direction of Green Lake Elementary.   Hang a left on 1st, a right on 63rd, and stretching before you will be a block of sales.

Keep going on 63rd, towards the lake, and make a left on Woodlawn.  Down the block you’ll see a moving sale.

Keep on truckin’, and after another block, turn left on Kenwood and left at 55th, and then make a quick right onto Keystone.  After a couple of blocks you’ll come across a 5-way intersection.  Turn left at 51st, and ta-da!, your last sale of the day.

And, look!  You’re in Wallingford!  Sure, grab a quick lunch at Dick’s, but please….come home soon.  Green Lake misses you (and all the stuff you just bought).
