According to the SPD Blotter, there was an armed robbery one block South of Tacos Guaymas and Nell’s last night:

On June 19 at approximately 10:30 p.m. two male suspects approached the lone male victim as he walked in the 6800 block of Woodlawn Avenue NE. One of the suspects produced a handgun and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim surrendered his wallet, which contained cash and credit cards. The suspects then fled the scene on foot.

Responding officers conducted an area search for the suspects however, both suspects remain at large. The victim sustained a scrape to the back of his hand during the incident.
