Donate Blood at PCC on Friday
The Bloodmobile will be at PCC (7504 Aurora Ave. N) this Friday, July 3, from 10am to 12:30pm. From Puget Sound Blood Center’s Blood Donation Fact Sheet: Actual donation takes only seven to ten minutes. The entire process is about an hour, but can help three people – each donated unit of blood is separated into platelets, plasma and red blood cells. Report from the One Mile Swim
Our swimmer came, saw, and conquered the one mile swim Sunday morning. We don’t know if we’ll stop thinking Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling every time we see the acronym GLOWS, but it looked like the event was a big success.
